This is what I came up with the booth layout and graphics... now before you judge... here are the circumstances:
1. NO EXTRA BUDGET! I can only purchase new backdrops... the rest of the booth has to be furnished with the existing budget (meaning rental price of tables, carpets, chairs, etc).
2. MUST SHIP - meaning it must easily break down and ship on one palette.
3. MUST USE ROCK SOLID THEME - it is the slogan du jour.
4. HALF OF BACKDROP GRAPHICS MUST BE REUSABLE for other shows we attend.
When it comes to show booths... you can do some really awesome things... IF YOU HAVE MONEY! The booth space is so expensive for the show that we don't have a lot leftover to work with.

The goal for me in the design was to have a simple (mac esqe) booth with small amounts of flash. We had simple tables and chairs... the reusable side of the backdrop is simple and will work anywhere. The flash was the ROCK SOLID big and bold.
ALSO... more flash in the carpet... I used white shag rugs. THEY WERE AWESOME! More expensive than carpet rental, but I made up for it with really inexpensive chairs. (all from Ikea).

I also did a show handout and gift. The handout was a 5 x 5 inch card and the gift was a bag of candy rocks. All turned out pretty good!
